The possibility
We’re looking for a medical manager who leads with empathy, power, and responsibility. This role is on-site and actively involved in every day operations—mentoring workforce, making sure regulatory compliance, and keeping pinnacle-tier patient care. BSN required; master’s diploma favored.

Freestanding emergency room (FSER) enjoy preferred.
present day BLS, ACLS, and friends certifications.
robust IV, medication, and procedural skills.
