The proper candidate has solid CAM talents in Fusion 360, creates repeatable setups, and might follow reverse-engineering and inspection workflows. that is a store–floor position in a quick, quality–pushed environment.
obligations
program Haas CNC mills and lathes (three-axis mainly; five-axis a plus) using Fusion 360.
Generate and optimize toolpaths for efficient machining.
Create setup sheets, pick tooling/holders, and decide feeds & speeds.
show out code, edit G-code/M-code on the machine as wished.
observe on-gadget probing for offsets and in-manner inspections.
Collaborate with Engineering/R&D on manufacturability, tolerances, and improvements.
preserve documentation for processes, revisions, and setups.
qualifications
minimal 3 years revel in programming both mill and lathe on Haas/Fanuc-fashion controls.
robust heritage in Fusion 360 CAM (Mastercam/BobCAD enjoy desirable with willingness to transition).
at ease with G-code/M-code edits and keep math.
potential to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T.
revel in with precision measurement gear (mics, calipers, gauges).
strong communication and documentation competencies.
preferred (no longer required):
experience with 5-axis programming.
background in reverse engineering or 3-D scanning.
Engineering or technical degree.
