seeking an experienced mission manager to supervise structural and miscellaneous steel initiatives from settlement review thru fabrication and area coordination. This position requires robust conversation, drawing evaluation skills, and the capacity to control more than one projects in a fast-paced metallic fabrication environment.

Key duties

evaluate contracts, drawings, specifications, and undertaking documentation
control assignment logs, schedules, submittals, RFIs, and trade orders
serve as primary contact for GCs on submittals and scheduling
Coordinate with detailing, production, and discipline teams
monitor Tekla production and store schedules
support discipline crews with accurate drawings, fabric shipping, and location readiness
make certain safety documentation and requirements are completed

Key requirements

3–five+ years in structural or miscellaneous metallic fabrication
ability to study and interpret keep and layout drawings
enjoy dealing with more than one initiatives concurrently
strong organizational and conversation capabilities
steel fabrication store revel in required
preferred: Tekla, AutoCAD, PowerFab, Bluebeam, Procore, MS office
